Last I checked $1127.00 for 5000 primers!

So when I go to the range it's like making it rain at a strip joint. Yea baby I'm just chucking money out there!

Going to go spill my primers on the bed and roll around in them

I like his description "not trying to price gouge," but they must be worth it to the people bidding. Less than a year ago you could of bought 5 cases of 9mm shipped for that price. Crazy times.

Are you referring to Gary Blunt out in Apache Junction? He was on the old board back 15 years ago. If so, i just ran across his card in my safe last week. I hate to ask, but anyone know his situation these days? I heard he may have passed away a few years ago but I'm not sure?? Please enlighten me if so. He was always a good dude! Thanks!

Do a search. I asked about him a while on the board. I believe he has gotten out the shooting game. Great guy and I bought a bunch of stuff from him over the years.

Gary and I did a bunch of business over the years also.

He evidently lost the business after his motorcycle accident.

If 209 primers get to pistol and rifle prices I would be tempted to "not try to price gouge" I have seen a few on gunbroker pushing a $100 per 1000 with a few over.

It’s almost tempting to sell off all reloading supplies and buy it all back in 5 years. Almost.

Crazy, but even at a quarter/primer, you could load 9MM for under 35 cents, which about 1/2 of what factory ammo is going for.

If you used primers and coated or plated bullets purchased before the panic, yes you could load a 9MM for around 10¢
