Keltec's newest design

#1

Post by Suck My Glock »

I'm just speculating here,...but this thing looks like it was supposed to be used with a brace. And so, with all that is going on,...I suspect Keltec decided to launch it now rather than wait, hoping sales aren't as adversely affected by ATF's BS as they would be in a little while longer.

That is a weird looking contraption. Definitely a range toy, nothing I'd want to be trying to clear a jam or reload in a hurry

Then again, if I found myself in a gunfight with a Keltec there were some serious planning failures at play.

No kidding, apparently there is a lot of demand to be on the customer service waiting list for Keltec beta testers 😒

Had you guys been there...I imagine you'd have been complaining about that newfangled M1 rifle...it looks so scary and futuristic. There's absolutely nothing wrong with our safe and comfortable M1903. Bah! Progress, innovation, technology...pffthh, who needs that?

I have an RDB that I absolutely love. I've put almost 2000 rounds through it in the past year, and it hasn't failed me yet. I haven't owned any other Keltecs, but I have heard that some models can be hit or miss, so I don't know if they have the best quality control, or if the problem guns were early models that didn't have the bugs worked out yet.

This thing doesn't call to me, but I'm curious to see how people respond to it. I'll tell you one thing... We'll be seeing this gun featured as a movie prop very soon. Probably as a futuristic space force gun or something like that.
