This is a good one, and it's filed in the correct court!

Re: Pistol Brace ruling from ATF released.
Ugh. It wasn't upheld.
They failed to get an injunction. The court case is still there, and there is a chance that the FPC can win...in the future....after all of this registration...SBR...brace stuff is enacted.
In other words, kiss your braces good by, because even if FPC can pull a win out of this, it will be past the 120 or 88 or what ever days you have left to register.

It only applies to the plaintiff...no one else. But, it's a first step.Dauph wrote: ↑May 23rd, 2023, 11:46 am https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/break ... brace-ban/

This crap is never going to end. Either defund the rogue ATF or get rid of the ridiculous NFA law.

Some good news:
FPC Secures Injunction Against ATF Pistol Brace Rule
https://www.firearmspolicy.org/fpc-secu ... -of-ruling
https://www.ammoland.com/2023/05/fpc-wi ... laintiffs/
I believe this only applies to those in the 5th Circuit (someone please correct me if I'm wrong, incomplete).
Not only is this a step in the right (correct) direction, but it can help with other similar suits.
I'm sure Sens. Sinema and Kelly are all over it to protect our rights and uphold their oaths ....

Re: Pistol Brace ruling from ATF released.
It is worse than that. According to this attorney it only applies to the plaintiff (Mock) in the Mock v. Garland case. For more info:
But, it is a step in the right direction.
