State wide fire restrictions end OCT 31 correct?
Every source I found says they end OCT 31. Anyone know any different?
I cant find any extensions.

For now. They were supposed to end back in Sept but places like Tonto issues new restrictions two days before the original order expired.

Don't count on it until significant rain comes through or the fire danger level drops for some reason.

Looks like the triple-digit temps are behind us for the year and weather forecast is saying 40% chance of rain on Monday. I'm not going to hold my breath though.

Ben Avery was on fire yesterday, saw the smoke on my way home from work.......need to find out what happened there.

Just an FYI, but yesterday Tonto extended fire restrictions through the end of the year.

You should check with the agency responsible for your destination. For example, the Prescott NF, home of the recent and somewhat current Horse Fire, started stage 1 restrictions in August. There's no mention of an end date on their web site.

Tonto NF just extended them to Dec 31st.
