Funny, I've dealt with Neil for about 10 years now. A lot of purchases and a lot of Class 3 stuff. With the exception of one ATF screw up that the ATF sent documents on and they have committed to fixing, I've never had a problem
I'm interested to see the results of this complaint.

Thanks Tony. To add as well, if anyone needs to reach me directly please either PM me, call/text, or email me at sales@greystonefirearms.com. I may not be as quick to respond as I use to as I’ve taken on some things that require me to work outside my location but will always get back to you.

Re: Anyone know Greystone Firearms? He has a suppressor I paid for..
Just a back story for those reading this in regards to my last post.. I bought my can from Neil Vrooman two months ago after seeing the Gunbroker ad. After months of no communication, I was able to reach out to one of his family members through Facebook who forwarded the message to him, or so he says. Moments later, he contacts me (ironically with the same iPhone cell number I tried countless times) and tells me that I can get a full refund, but I am skeptical at best due to my experiences with Greystone Firearms leading up to this point. A few days later he sent a screenshot of the charge being refunded back to my card. That was five days ago and my card doesn't even show a pending credit. Keep in mind there were literally dozens of texts, phone calls, emails, Facebook messages for weeks and no communication, so I am not surprised I cant get a hold of him again. I really hate to reach out to his family because this is not their doing but it is the only thing I have tried that worked. Every instinct I have is screaming scam and if that is the case I am prepared to fight back, even if it cost more than the can itself. However, just like everybody, I simply want it resolved and done with and to take my business elsewhere. This is the single worst buying and customer service experience of my life if it isn't a scam. If the money post to my account in the near future, I will be sure to let this forum know as it seems like there is many in this boat. I am very close to calling the local police and some free legal consultations as well. It certainly doesn't hurt to explore these options since being polite and patient has done nothing.

Evan, I refunded your order through square already as there was a mixup with the amount of cans I had left. I even send you a receipt and screenshot of the refund. I contacted them and was told it can take 7-9 days depending on your bank. I can cancel the refund and send it through PayPal or check if you prefer. I am currently at work and missed your call.

Hey everybody, just wanted to give an update. Neil refunded my money through PayPal shortly after my last post and canceled my refund through Square. While it was a terrible buying experience all in all, at the end of the day I lost two months but got my money back. Just happy to take my business elsewhere and move on. Best of luck to everybody.

Ya know, I'm just going to call BULLSHIT on the last post. Why is everyone related to firearms so ready to eat their own?
1st post and it is bashing a business when it only takes a few seconds to see if anything he says sounds true. BBB assertion BULLSHIT This is the only listing for Greystone in Glendale and a similar search of peoria, just in case, returns the same results.
ARFCOM, whore of all gun communities, a search returns one post which looks very similar to the one that was resolved here and makes no mention of every police agency in the world looking at Greystone.
Google search on Greystone turns up nothing about the crap being spread above.
As I said, I've dealt with Neil for 10 years. I've referred other people to him who have called or sent texts from their phones, phone numbers he would not recognize, and zero complaints.
I only did this checking because I thought I could be wrong, maybe the business turned sour, but nope, the only thing sour is the above post

RJ, I am a small business owner also and have been a member of BBB for 20 years, solely for advertising purposes to the unknowing masses who look us up.
I agree with you but, I know for a fact that Greystone is not a member, which the complainer could have looked up also and not being a member Greystone has none of the capabilities you or I had to "resolve" a complaint, a very easy process for a "member".
They would likely not even know the complaint exists because not being a member they would not be notified and they wouldn't learn about it unless somebody said they looked them up and found a complaint, which isn't the case here. Just grousing by somebody with no facts.

Another friend of mine said he has known him personally for years. They said that Neil is def not a honest person, the reason why he even started this company was to get back at an ex girl friend who was 10x younger than him, her dad also owns a very popular well known Gun business locally here in AZ. i wouldnt put it past this guy to not trust him at all. Other forums also state that ATF, BBB, phx pd and glendale pd are looking at this case. He is not reliable, or trust worthy. Please do not do business with him. My friend has also tried getting into contact with him as well with no response multiple phone calls and text messages.

I'm opening this up for people who have a direct issue with Greystone.
If you are not Greystone firearms, or someone attempting to resolve an issue directly with him stay out of it.
He said, she said bickering will earn you a time out.

Re: Anyone know Greystone Firearms? He has a suppressor I paid for..
Neil has had my money for 3 suppressors for nearly a year, one of which was also an Omega. He also stated there was an issue at the ATF level and was working with "Heather" to correct it.
As this was my first NFA transaction, Neil, who was initially very helpful, offered to assist with the paperwork. In the almost one year since we completed that paperwork (at his home), the ATF states they have no record of ever having received it from him, nor have my checks been cashed.
I have been trying to get in touch with Neil about once a week for well over a month, and while he occasionally answers the phone, he immediately tells me he needs to call me back, and never does.
Though I have not received the items I paid for, Neil I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. You were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I'm hoping that whatever is causing this issue on your side can be cleared up. Neil, if you're reading this I'm going to call your cell phone today, if I don't get a call back by Tuesday, I'm going to assume the worst, and add my information to the police report and ATF file that has been opened by others. If there is an issue, and you can't make good on the transaction, be good enough to return my money.
