Ok,...this might seem a bit riddiculous,...but an interesting thought exercize.
If your truck is on a Form 1, can the bank repossess it?

Sorry,... VERY ridiculous,...and NOT interesting ,... sounds more like the beer talk by my two younger brothers around twenty years ago, after a couple of cases of long necks, while watching football !!!

At least put it on the grill so it kinda looks functional..

If this would be possible.
Like any other suppressor wouldn't it be illegal to just leave it lying around ?
In other words you couldn't drive somewhere and then leave it in a parking lot , could you ?
I am pretty sure you couldn't leave a suppressor lying around unattended in a public place, could you ?
You would have to leave it locked in your garage or stay with it wherever you went , wouldn't you ?

You're right . You can't leave a suppressor lying around when not in use. It has to be securely locked away. That means the truck would be totally useless. Where do people come up with these so called brain storms?

if you pay cash for your truck, the bank can't repossess it!

Maybe not a practical loop hole for a truck, but maybe for some other asset that is used inside a house, shop or office?
