IRS doesn't need armed officers, and neither does the USPS. If they want to go kick in a door, partner up with the FBI, ATF, DEA, etc. Zero need for those 'agencies' to have armed agents.

I'm supportive of the idea.

I also read 20,000 IRS agents are taking the opportunity to resign. Only 70,000 left to go.

Weaponizing the IRS is as absurd today as it was when it was proposed! DOGE getting it done.
