Was the person behind the bin shooting a pepper ball gun? I saw some footage with at least one side using some kind of pepper ball or non-lethal gun. They had orange on them but looked like real firearms. Enough so that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between lethal and non-lethal.

The fact that they only show the one shooter, tells you everything you need to know about the person fiming. It also probably tells you a lot more about the event...
