SuperPawn joins Cabela's

This is the place to post your news and reviews on anything that's firearm related (rifles, magazines, ammo, barrels, holsters, training classes, optics, etc). Please try to make the reviews as thorough as possible and include pictures, or links to pictures if possible, as well as price(s). Some syndicated content will go here as well.

It's their store and they can impose their polices. Pro 2A people won't be spending their money there and I'm one of them.

The only possibly legit reason might be the rush....
3 day wait gives one unlucky employee the job of just running nics checks and calling people for pickup while "sales people" keep taking in money and not spending 10 minutes a person doing checks which is administrative and doesn't add to the register...
This makes a LOT of sense (or is it cents?)...
However, they could state it differently and indicate the background check process and the wait is by govt. policy - saying it could take up to 3 days to hear back, but that they would call asap for pickup... then they don't look like bad guys, the gov does... might wake a few up (would they then be 'woke folk') Also they would have to honor CWP holders immediate pay and pack- might convert some newbee bystanders about how things work...
