the story really didn't start at the beginning , why did the owner want the people out, why were the people staying where they were not wanted? that's just the start. I guess the court will find out. The info was kinda one sided.

Not according to the current law.
From a lawyer's site:
While Arizona does not have a “castle law,” there are statutes in place which permit an individual to use physical force if an intruder is in their home.
Deadly Force: You are not permitted to use deadly force unless you’re in reasonable fear of immediate serious physical injury or death. If you can get out of the situation safely, you should.

Actually AZ does have a stand your ground law-
"Under Arizona self-defense laws, there's generally no duty to retreat before threatening or using physical force if you're in a place where you're legally permitted to be and you're not engaged in an unlawful act.
