No. It came down to the bill being to wide sweeping and no grandfather
Clause in it for what was already out there. That's why 4 dems came over to the Republicans side.

I'm afraid this will be coming to our state sooner or later, but....
The silver lining in this china flu time is more folks with opposing views have seen the value of having the freedom to buy a gun. Hopefully they will be mindful of their newly discovered 2nd Amendment freedoms when they hit the voting booth and vote with protecting that freedom in mind.
