Only if it was declared a terrorist organization by the Feds or if you lived in California.

Good legal point, Hunter!

The Demonscats are going to keep on pushing, and pushing,
until they push us into a corner with no alternatives.

And,... lately, I believe that is exactly what they want.

It's what they think they want. If and when they get it, they'll find out they really don't want it at all.

Yet another bad tactical move by the NRA. Suing governments is a NO WIN SITUATION ! Simple as that. They the gov'ts will never run out of money and will delay a decision until YOU run out of money. New York is the same, if they need more money to counter sue, Raise More Tax $$$$. This is easy since people have to live someplace, however NY or SF would never of have been my chosen environments ! :naughty:

Actually, I believe suing is better than quietly sulking off.

The Demoscats have grown use to their victims just taking and shutting,... which has just encouraged them,... imo.

A couple of positive points to a politically based law suit,... 1) governments spending tax payers money, to cover their political maleficence lawsuits,... doesn't always make friends of their constituents. 2) Public publications of such, sometimes reaches citizens out of the loop, or, are just not that politically active,... and,... WE ARE TALKING ABOUT IT!!!

So what is your plan for fighting laws like that...run away and hide? Eventually they WILL come to every State with a large urban population.

Law suits are the ONLY way to fight as several have shown in CA and other locations.

When the tax payers have to foot the bill for losing the law suit, maybe they'll think twice about who the hell they vote for. If not then they can pay higher taxes anyway, so f**k them.

MOST of the voters who elect Dems don't pay any taxes so they could care less. Something like 45% of Americans don't pay any taxes, yet many of them still get refunds due to credits.

Everyone pays taxes, they're called sales taxes and property taxes (which is a large part of city and county funding). Even renters pay property taxes, they just don't pay them directly; they pay them indirectly to the property owner as part of the rent. If the lawsuit costs the gay bay millions, residents there are going to pay for it.

Yup,... how does that old saying go,... "nothing in this world is certain, except death and taxes".

There needs to be a new one added, "socialism never works". Liberals never learn though.

They tried to make Socialism work for 80 YEARS...IT FAILED.

I guess they already forgot the experiment called the Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics.
