Look I know marines have issues sometimes but it seems U are having more than normal. I have seen a 500 S&w upper for a AR. Just because you haven't doesn't mean it doesn't exist. You can claim what you want about the names but your posting style and attitude gives it away every time.
As to the rifle this thread is about, a thread that you yourself started under a former name, it is NOT a 500SW so I don't care what you might have seen elsewhere.

Do you even read what you post? The article SAYS… “The AR-500 fires a modified .500 Smith & Wesson bullet, the .500 Auto Max”. It is a .500 Auto Max, PERIOD!
It is not a ,500 S&W, it is a hybrid. Geeez, keep up, this aint rocket surgery.
