9th Circuit Upholds California's Magazine Ban

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (which also currently has jurisdiction over Arizona) has upheld Kommiefornia's magazine ban.



Here is Judge Van Dyke's dissenting opinion in this case (Duncan v. Bonta).

Arg! You beat me to it. Mr. Gunsngear says, in his opinion, that Van Dyke should now be on the short list for future SCOTUS appointment.

Judge Van Dyke is probably more knowledgeable and proficient in firearms than most gun owners. He needs to be elevated to a higher court.
