Deputy is right there; good for him.
But "It's OK; it's not loaded!" [facepalm]

Ok first of all why would someone else within the courts personnel check the weapons before they would even be allowed into the court room. Second if they are that obviously worried about the evil revolvers why wouldn't they have done all of that before handing them to the "expert".

They probably did, but the rules of safe handling apply to all guns, not just loaded guns. There is no, "It's OK; it's not loaded" exception. Doesn't matter if it has been unanimously certified as unloaded by the 12-member Commission on Unloaded Guns -- don't point it at people. That's what happened in the Baldwin case. Several experts declared it was unloaded, but Halyna Hutchins got killed anyway. Don't point guns -- loaded or unloaded -- at people you don't want to shoot. This "expert" believes that there is an "It's OK; it's not loaded" exception.SupportTheSecond wrote: ↑March 10th, 2024, 8:32 am Ok first of all why would someone else within the courts personnel check the weapons before they would even be allowed into the court room.
