The Hudson H9 is a heavy clunk. Don't understand why DD chose it. But, there are a lot of things in this world I don't understand, so I guess for people who like that sort of thing, that is just the sort of thing they like.

It's not a carry piece meant for competition where heavy is good. I have a couple of Hudson's really like them. Wonder what all they changed and if they'll offer an upgrade to there new parts.

Handled one recently at TombStone. Dude said they'd got 17 in, and 15 were gone/sold the following day! It's not that heavy, more like a small-frame Sig in that respect. It's not for me, but I will say that it exudes a feeliing of quality.
