Seems pretty nice but I'm sure it will be expensive.

I'm honestly looking forward to these hitting the market, it may be one of the few "brand name" ARs or rifles I have. Yep, it'll be spendy, but I've got a few AK round ARs that take AR mags, and the charging system on those seems to be more like my PTRs. I'm down for the $1600 (hopefully much less) price if it proves to be reliable. I thought about getting one of their Mutants, or even PSA AR47 and just haven't pulled the trigger on either of those.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

I have the prior Mutant pistol in 7.62 and it shoots so smooth/soft and is tack driver. Shoots softer which allows for faster follow ups. Shoots a little softer than my Gen 2 Sig 556r AK. 15 adjustable settings on the newer DI version and proper side charger versus the AR charging handle on the CMMG. I use to have CMMG 9mm and it was also an amazing shooter.. they build quality and the 300 level is kinda one and done without any upgrades.
