I don't see anything in the video about the Supreme Court voting 6-3 to end magazine bans.
Nor do I see anything in the news about it.

The video itself appears to be clickbait - the closest thing I can find to a related case was from last summer when SCOTUS vacated a 9th circuit finding upholding the CA "high capacity" magazine ban - and sent the case back to the 9th for re-review in the context of the NYSRPA vs BUREN ruling.
