AFT eliminate private sales

This is the place to post your news and reviews on anything that's firearm related (rifles, magazines, ammo, barrels, holsters, training classes, optics, etc). Please try to make the reviews as thorough as possible and include pictures, or links to pictures if possible, as well as price(s). Some syndicated content will go here as well.

I think it's the one described in this Youtube video by attorney Tom Grieve. The Ammoland article, picking up on the NYT article using the term "profit", is a little misleading. The new rule will be about the number of transactions rather than whether you made a profit on something. Gun control advocates and the administration are looking for a low number like 5 per year. It's also mostly aimed at on-line marketplaces like Gunbroker and Armslist (and probably smaller forums.)

I rarely sale guns anyway, and they're just putting up a smokescreen so the MSM will go crazy with the news about it, making folks fearful about selling their firearms. It's nothing, but hopefully, SCOTUS will step up and finally enforce the Bruen decision. Friggin' Roberts is a douchebag.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

Mm'hmm,...yeah,...I'm sure those definitions will be respected. Oh yeah, absolutely. It's not like ATF has a history of getting an inch and taking 100 phugging miles or anything.

I guarantee you this forum will soon be subpoenaed for the IPs of at least a few of us, regardless of what may have actually or not been going on.

Hopefully everyone on here has been using an anonymizing VPN for years.

Good luck with that, ATF. The IRS would have better luck trying to collect sales tax revenue from a garage sale...

Wouldn't that be the worst colab ever.

IRS + ATF going on tour to shoot your pets, garnish your wages, burn your compound down, close your business, and seize your property.

Lol.
