Formal charges filed against 19-year-old for alleged school shooting manifesto
On Thursday, April 6, William Whitworth, who identifies as “Lilly Whitworth,” was formally charged with the following offenses:
Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder in the First Degree (two counts)
Criminal Mischief
Menacing
Interference with Staff, Faculty, or Students of Educational Institutions

What they need to do is institute a procreation license with those requirements. Want to have a baby, go pay a ton of money for registration, take all the required courses, that of course, need to be refreshed bi yearly and cost even more money. You can then get your license to procreate and start your family, and this has to happen for every pregnancy.
