This is right up there with unicorns and leprechauns. What do we have - slim conservative(?) majorities in the house and senate? MouseFartHobbs is going to veto ANYTHING Pro 2A coming out of the legislature and there certainly aren't the votes to override a veto. Full Stop.

They might push it through to force her to veto it... I hate that this is how politics works - (and even more I hate that the side I tend to support does it too) but creating wedge issues and forcing the opponent to be on the record with stuff like that - is the bread and butter of the political class.
