Seriously - @That Guy - what's the back-story?

Independent of what That Guy provides - I, for one, really appreciate having a local sheriff who appears to understand the limitations of federal authority. I can see why the lefties absolutely hate him and those like him - they are standing in direct opposition to the constantly expanding authoritarianism of the federal government.
