It matters little even though I think she/them got it moving again, it will die in the senate so just theatre for her troops. See we try to make you safe but THEY stopped it. Probably why Biden said to ok it,to close some wall gaps around a damn in the Yuma area so they can say see WHO did finish the wall politcal chess or checkers just a game.
