What the hell.
Seems like you will need lightning reflexes to react to that baby moving and cease all movement.
Do they have discounts for 10 or more?

Another solution in search of a problem. Learning how to holster your weapon correctly is free. Anyone who is holstering a pistol slowly enough to be able to react in time to reverse course before an negligent discharge occurs is never going to need this product.

A trip to the Langdon site answered my first question:

LTT Striker Control Device (SCD)

Formerly developed by Tau Development Group, Langdon Tactical Technology, Inc. is now manufacturing the Striker Control Device.

I've had one of these on a prior Glock. You're not quite understanding how it works. When you press your thumb up against the plate, you can phyisically resist the striker and stop trigger movement. There is no tiny little window of opportunity in which lightning-fast reflexes are required.

That sir, is the complete and unmitigated truth, and should be known by all who possess firearms. . Pretty sure the goal is to deploy as quickly as possible, not get it back to it's resting position.

"Safety is not a binary condition"
What kinda crack is he smoking?

Is it in a safe condition?
-Chamber empty?
-Safety applied?
-Loaded but saved?

Safe is a binary condition. It or you are either in a safe condition or a unsafe condition. Ya don't get a lill bit pregnant.

If it works like pneuby says, it sounds like a good idea.

If the only gun you ever carry is a Glock with this device, why not just train your procedural memory to not do stupid chit while holstering?
