Morally,...f@#k that guy.

I don't expect her to fare well at trial,...but I hope she does.
It just takes 12 to day she’s not wrong.

People shouldn't steal beer, or anything. But it's not worth a potential loss of life.
Then maybe a thief should consider that outcome and we would have less of them?

So, if any of us see an 5 year old kid pocket a candy bar, we can shoot him?

Stand your ground does not apply to this situation. Castle doctrine does not apply to this situation.

I highly doubt that woman has ever taken a CCW course. If she did, whomever taught it owes her her money back.

Of course it is, I was making a point. Since you think you can make up laws, and decide how they should be enforced, what age do you find acceptable to use lethal force on for shoplifting?

Well, that's all dependent. Much like the SCOTUS has said, you'll know it when you see it.

Nah. You should whoop the child ass so later he doesn’t get shot stealing beer. Heck, show him the video of the thief getting shot.

Use your brain.

You're still worried about that at this point in our nations history? Ok...

LOL, funny how some have no idea of the freedoms enjoyed in the past that are now non grata so much we have to beg to get them back.

People are getting tired of paying more because of assholes who steal.
The candy bar I can buy at walmart for .99 to 1.29 is now something like 2.79 for the small one at Circle K. The homeless shoplift all the time there and they threaten the workers. I also witness them opening food and eating it and when someone says something they throw it at them. The food like hot dogs and taquitos at quick trip have nearly doubled due to these fkucs swarming the place and walking off with the food. We need much stronger drugs on the street and we need to stop police and paramedics from responding to overdoses. If they cant get to the hospital on their own let them die where they lay.
