I can't wait for this s*** to get struck down in court. The ATF has zero legislative authority to re-write laws.

I know they suck and it's unconstitutional. They have to know that there's lots of people willing to tell them to Go Faq themselves.. We've seen it in the past where public outrage causes them to change course. If this gets a pass pistol braces are next..

It seems AFT just pooped something out that has ARFCOMers all about pistol braces and some charlie foxtrot hoop jumping designed to fail everything points system - I read a couple pages starting at page 9. Or am I missing something? In any case, whatever is suddenly deemed illegal by a bunch of un-elected Bolshevek lemmings does not even bump the needle on my giveashite meter.

lol, anyone who has dealt with any gubermint entity knows full well: the comment period" is only to satisfy their charter to get public input, once it goes out for comment, the die is cast, nothing in comments will change or budge them off their move.
