I have a friend with one, and he really likes it. I just with they were slightly smaller / thinner. They are chonky.

Bright yellow/orange might keep cops or other armed bystanders from mistaking it for a gun.

I wouldn’t call it non lethal, it’s a less lethal option.
Considering it shows the solid balls penetrating plywood it can be lethal in certain situations.
And really, if the situation warrants me pulling and using something that looks like a firearm to stop a threat, I’m pulling a firearm.

They need to show a test on someone full of meth, or even pumping adrenaline. We used to get gassed about once a quarter during swat training and you do get used to CS, even when you’re not high.

I know of at least one former felon with a youtube channel who got one of these for protection during his road travels. Claimed he had to use it on some drunk A-hole who was gonna brain him with a pool cue. Said the gaping hole got the guy's attention right quick and he didn't have to actually fire it.

My dad had picked up a couple of these for him and my stepmom to have on road trips to places that restricted firearms.
At some point I'll get her to the range to learn how to run it and get a range report in this thread.
It may be a few weeks, still dealing with "estate" type bs currently.
