Other than being declared "not a machine gun", like QuietM, I don't really know what the status of them are. I'm sure some loser will wright the ATFE and ask though

More like the 6th circuit did not agree on lower courts ruling/siding with Chevron Deference; and it’s going back to the lower, district court for hearing.
