Yay! Another bill with no balls. Symbolic but useless, as soon as DC threatens to withhold any funding, Ducey and the other RINO fags will fold like a cheap pocketknife

Kentucky passed a similar bill a few years ago. Ask the two guys in Federal Prison how their state law helped them when they were charged with illegally manufacturing suppressors by the ATF.
This law has less teeth than my 90 year old grandma.

Hey why not pass it anyhow. Federal marijuana laws were ignored by many states until now. Now it seems like the states are passing laws for marijuana use.

And the good it does to stop "The Feds" from breaking down your door and taking you away.

Feds don't need any help from the state LE to enforce federal law....they will do it all themselves. This law would have not affect on anything.

Article 2 section 26 of our constitution covers this, if we just followed it, then there would be no need for this.
Section 26. The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the state shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain, or employ an armed body of men.

Is there something in this bill that says the state will provide a legal team to get you out of jail? Without the state being willing to actually protect you from federal law enforcement then meh.

They don’t need any help right now. They have all the manpower they need to arrest the odd NFA violator. They will need help if they try nation wide confiscation.
You are all fundamentally misunderstanding the intention of Bills like this. They are not there so that the state can help you if you desire to start an illegal NFA factory. The intention is too deny the Federal Government manpower and resources.
So you won't be arrested by Phoenix PD on the way home from the range with an AR in the backseat. The state won't be helping the feds organize buybacks. Local Swat teams won't be participating in no knock raids. Federal Agencies will be cut off from state and local records. Local law enforment budgets won't be de facto used to supplement federal resources.
Liberal states have been doing the same thing with ice and immigration. They are not technically violating any federal laws by doing nothing, just failing to help them actively enforce them.

I hadn't considered it this way. Good point.
