CZ Python has a nice ring.
Hopefully they fire all of colt's management to avoid colt from sinking itself again.

Honestly, I don't see how this could be anything but good news for Colt. Lol

Re: CZ buying Colt??
At SHOT 2020, I visited the Colt booth to check out the new Python and other revolvers. You would think that the samples they would bring to SHOT Show would be the best possible examples of their products...the revolvers I handled looked and felt like prototypes. Horrible triggers, machining marks all over the place, etc. Very bad production quality.
It can only get better with CZ at the helm.

They had a broken King Cobra at the Great American Outdoors show.QuietM4 wrote: ↑January 13th, 2021, 2:06 pm At SHOT 2020, I visited the Colt booth to check out the new Python and other revolvers. I wonder what CZ’s intentions are in buying Colt, and whether they’re hoping for LE/Mil contracts, want the manufacturing capacity, or hope to buy the intellectual property which would likely be of most valuable to make products for the civilian market.
Colt’s reputation is great among people who don’t know much about firearms, but I’m not really sure what Colt would add to CZ, other than maybe the opportunity to build and sell Colt branded ARs.

CZ certainly hasn't done Dan Wesson much good since taking over operations and especially customer service.

Wouldnt be the first time CZ and Colt were in bed and someone recently had that CZ 40 on the classifieds board that I was DROOLING over and its a sweet collaborative amalgamation.
