Maybe they were considered marital assets that were to be split by a judge's ruling?

Definitely something to watch. Lots of questions because there are a lot of contradicting information. On the “yellow sheet” doesn’t it say something about not involved in domestic violence? Does that mean once involved, rights are lost permanently? Lots of questions

Yep, thanks to Lautenthief amendment, any conviction for misdemeanor domestic violence or a judges order regarding domestic violence means you lose your 2nd amendment rights forever or until re-instated in a court of law.
