So either the current owners of Gunbroker are nervous as all hell about the coming crush of federal legislation and want to sell while they can,...or AMMO Inc. thinks they can start charging even more fees and/or packing the site with even more ads,...or both.

They have a new plant coming on line soon. They could use GunBroker.Com to sell ammuntion and reloading supplies direct to the public. They are buying a huge customer base.
