I though Oswald used a full auto 30 round clip magazine.

The Warren Report has him, according to his wife, practicing working the bolt at home.blasternaz wrote: ↑December 25th, 2024, 10:49 am And they all shot right handed. Oswald shot left handed.....
https://www.archives.gov/research/jfk/w ... l#practiceMarina Oswald testified that in New Orleans in May of 1963, she observed Oswald sitting with the rifle on their screened porch at night, sighting with the telescopic lens and operating the bolt.

^^ Agreed, he practiced operating the bolt. Doesn't say whether he used the right or left shoulder. Several other "gun guys" have run this same test. Those who did it best, used the rifle from the left shoulder, manipulating the bolt with the right hand. The glass on it may have precluded the usual "reach across the top" method many left hander's use on right handed bolt guns. Just my $0.02, and with inflation, we all know how insignificant that is....
