Know of any retail place with MREs who take EBT?

Ok,...so here's the situation;....
I'm on disability. I get by. I do OK. I'm not starving or anything. But the "helpful" socialists over at the Arizona Dept. of Economic Security submitted me for the EBT (food stamps) program and didn't bother even telling me about it. I figure they just assumed I would want to scarf up all the government programs, so they just went ahead and submitted me for them.
Anyway,...I never did receive my little EBT debit card in the mail like I was apparently supposed to,...so I had no idea I had the funds available to me. 4 months go by, and I get a letter from AzDES saying if I don't use my EBT, the funds will be reclaimed and disappear. I found this odd, since I was unaware I had any such EBT benefit. I go online and check the account,...and lo and behold I've got over $1,200 dollars that have accrued and at my disposal. Hmmmmm. I go ahead and order a replacement card for the one that never arrived.
I thought it might make sense to take advantage of this little windfall and stock the pantry with an eye towards disaster preparedness. Obviously, I can buy a lot of canned or freeze-dried stuff. Winco has a great selection of long-term basics in bulk. But I'd like to also get a few cases of MREs if I could. But I've only seen them at surplus stores and outdoors gear shops,...not anywhere that participates in the government EBT program. That's entirely understandable. But,....
So I figured among the various preppers on here, if there is such a place that could serve my purposes, somebody here would know about it.
Any suggestions?
