calm before the storm?

Discuss being prepared for contingencies and emergencies. Oh yeah, and the coming Zombie Apocalypse, of course!

does it feel like its over? or does it feel like its the calm before the storm?

the libs got what they wanted- or so it seems.

most of of us have been food/water storing for years- stash places bug out gear etc.

i dont do FB or other antisocial media-

it just feels like calm here.

Yup, been cleaning/oiling rifles, taking inventory, and checking gear. No one goes through that much effort to rig an election if they aren't up to something. I expect the bullshit to start rolling downhill in the next two weeks

I knew things were bad when my old peacenik mom was telling me she wants to get an AK and needs help getting more ammo and MRE's. My folks house now has loaded guns over the door, a .38 on the fridge, and concealed stuff elsewhere in the house.

I think many were waiting to see if Trump would really pull something or not. Once Biden is in and there is no one coming to save us,...and upon the dems starting to pull some initial stupid schit,...there then might be some stuff jumping off. Who knows?

I also think some of those inclined to actually fight realize now how woefully inadequately prepared they are for that phase and are trying to get ready and also maybe shutting up for a bit to try to get small and not be targeted.

The pictures of Occupied Washington remind me of the pictures I saw of Russian tanks in the streets in Prague. Just letting us know who's in charge.

Y'all ready to be deprogrammed?

We'll find out soon now.....it does feel like the calm before the storm.

I kind of reminds me of waiting for the wildfire that was coming towards my place. You know it is coming, but all you can do is prepare and then wait for its arrival.

People are still up on that s***. I haven't spoken to my dad since the swamp pardoner flew back off to his resort in Florida.

I bet when I talk to him again he will be telling me that trump is wearing a biden skin suit and to "Trust the plan"™.

We all got caught up in it. I was still preparing otherwise but people wouldn't let it go.

For those looking to hedge against a crash. You might want to invest in some silver. I recommend a mix of the following.

1. Junk Silver (90% silver) is the best for trading. $1.40 in face value of pre 1965 coins is ~1oz of silver).
2. Low premium 1oz silver rounds.
3. Silver eagles/maples.
4. A good hiding place.

Ammo appears to be the new hedge. Stockpile ammo not silver...Better rate on investment at this point.

Yes it is the calm. New laws at the Federal level will make states like Arizona the same as California and New Jersey as far as regulations go. california's standard will become the national standard. Your Federal elected reps are going to take care of you, just wait.
