Exactly my first thoughts as well. That was pretty quick not sure if you would even have a chance to draw from concealment. Surprise, speed, and violence of action....guys looked like they had done it a time or two. Also had intel on where they were sitting. Attackers didn’t look around at all.

I always try the same but that would be one up hill fight i dont care which way you are facing. Concealed pistol against 2 guys with rifles and pistols , yikes. Also, How about the guys at the next table just sitting there heads down thru that, holy cow!
