Yep, Damn right I'll be looking at him with my .45 at ready. Brandishing? No, ready to terminate a lethal threat? Absolutely! I'm pretty sure Shrek's vehicle isn't bullet proof. Neither is mine.

My look on it is, if the driver's side or passenger's window is broken with a crowbar, 2x4, or what ever the guy is carrying, then it is time to engage with returned force.

Fair enough. But my gun will be in my hand, and the only time I will take my eyes off him will be to scan all around looking for other threats.

Agreed....why would anyone not be scanning to what the terrorist are doing.
