HOW many rounds were low on the drivers door? I am glad that the officers were able to jump back in their vehicles instead of getting run over. Why didn't they finish the driver off when they had a chance? With the legal system in commiefornia, I believe charges will be dismissed. He was a misguided child or some sort of B.S.
