S.I.R.T training pistol
Does anybody have any experience with the Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger (SIRT) training pistol ?
Does it fit in a molded holster ? What do you like/dislike ?

Yes I have the one that's a glock. Yes it fits in the glock 17 holsters I have. I like them. It allows me to carry in the house and practice pulling my gun during commercials. It helps out a lot with my instinctive shooting. My cost me $400. Green and red lasers.

It's an excellent training aid. As Ranger1 said, Glock models fit in Glock holsters from my experience with them.

I wish they had more models out there.
I am looking at the laser cartridge, the problem is having to deal with the reset.

What? It has a weighted magazine that comes out like a real mag. What later cartridge.

Well worth the investment, whether for simple dry fire work or even cold scenario based training.

i don't care for them personally. i found my students focusing on the laser instead of the sights when the shot broke. we ran drills with the SIRT and there groups actually opened up a little bit

Works well, fits a molded holster for the model you get. As some indicated, it works well for some stuff and not as well for others. I got mine to supplement training and use in classes for demos. It can be used in some of the laser trainers as well and phone apps... so its got its place in the training regime.

10% off. Not a great deal but better than a poke in the eye with a stick.
