Bullpelosi. Ain't no such thing as an "unarmed" person. Per the FBI UCR, more people are murdered each year with"personal weapons" (hands and feet) than with rifles of all types, including "assault rifles."

This article specifically addresses police officers beaten/kicked/stomped to death.

The law of Justification says you can use your firearm to defend against deadly force, not against a deadly weapon. If you, as a reasonable person, reasonably believe that you are about to be killed or seriously injured by punching, choking, kicking, stomping, then shoot the BPF.

Im 76 your 35 and threaten to beat my ass, I believe you but at some point disparity of force comes into play fuzzy but its there under some circumstances.
