eye opening video. I operated under the assumption that .. was it a good shoot under the laww or was it a bad shoot. Their video seems to give some credibility to the argument I have personally railed against regarding gun modifications.

Title says it all: Damned if you do; damned if you don't. If you get no training, the prosecutor will try to hang you with that. If you get training, the prosecutor will try to hang you with that. If you use hollow points, you are sadistic, trying to kill, not defend. If you used FMJ, you used cop-killer bullets that overpenetrate and kill bystanders, you reckless bastard.

Since it does not matter to the prosecutor whether you get training or not, it's a wash. Which path gives you the greatest chance of staying alive, so that you can be prosecuted?

So do or not do can result in judged by 12 or carried by 6.
