Just wondering what happened to the Hearing Protection Act? Is this completely dead or can it be re-introduced?

With a Democrat House, it is dead. With the RINO's in the Senate... it is deader.
Reintroduced... very, very, very unlikely.

Just remember it died with a R controlled Presidency, House, and Senate. It will never pass, period.

I am quite conservative. I see no need for the government to tell me to use hearing protection.

I understand and agree,... but, how do you feel about the "Government" telling you to dish out some serious cash and jump through a bunch of political motivated regs, to buy a device that can,... save your hearing?

Vegas was the excuse. Paul Ryan was a gutless coward who was in love with the power of his office and didn't want to lose it. He never believed in it and found a convenient excuse to kill it. My opinion, of cours.e
