We won't know til they release their decision next year after the election,...but in oral arguments today in Garland v. VanDerStok, observers noted that a majority of the justices appeared hostile to VanDerStok's attorney's arguments.

Now I'm not one to try to foment a buying panic,...BUT,...if these observations are accurate, it may mean that your opportunity to get 80% receivers in undocumented fashion and on the sly might come to an end in the near future.

Back before the last election, just as a precaution, I bought lots of hi-cap mags and 80% receivers in case Trump lost. Fortunately, they didn't skyrocket in price as I thought they would. But neither have I got rid of them.

Make your own determination as to what your exposure is. But I think there are probably people placing orders right now. I might order a few more myself. I still need to get an 80% Thompson M1 receiver.
