24 years ago today, Wayne LaPierre—who’s STILL the CEO despite running the NRA into the ground amid scandal & bankruptcy—testified to Congress in support of universal background checks.

Oh, they've boinked us more than that, especially trying to sabotage cases going to SCOTUS. Why anyone would want to claim membership is beyond me, they may as well join Everytown or Moms want Action.
