All to try and make it more difficult on the FFL and purchaser.
Nothing of value was added, I think it’s to make the form so confusing that if it’s not filled out correctly that it can result in violations for the FFL to help get their license revoked, and easier to deny the applicant.

That is exactly the reason, plus the electronic version of the form currently has a glitch. Question 21.n.1 and 21.n.2 both supposed to be blank now, but on the electronic form you have to answer 21.n.1 otherwise you can not go to the next page. The ATF waited just over a week to make the electronic form available, so some retailers had to go back to paper in the meantime. Not that the ATF hadn't known since at least November that they were changing the form.

Damn, you are way to kind. Remember the Obamacare website cost $2.1 billion and failed for the first several months.

Our government couldn't supply free hookers to a college frat party without F-ing something up.
