Of course, the unsaid part is that it is impossible to identify if "structuring" is taking place unless all transactions are reviewed. Which means that, in the name of making sure "structuring" is not occurring, ATF must have data on all sales of all items, whether they are firearms or not.

So watch to see them demand any and all records of every item sold, arguing that their assigned regulatory role requires them to.

Jeez, these ATF weazels should have more than enough actual criminals to go after instead of continually hassling legitimate businesses as well as all the private individuals who are just exercising their 2A rights.
