From the article it looks like B of A looked years in the past and if the customer had ever used one of their cards or a B of A account to purchase a firearm, B of A reported that customer to the feds as a possible domestic terrorist.

I am considering B of A domestic terrorist.

The more of these things I read the more I come to the side of a friend of mine who only buys on the secondary market (private sales) and always pays in cash. Maybe he has it right?

That is of course , unless the seller is one of those that collects bills of sales.
You know , the ones that b!tch about the government having a registry , yet collect all your information , so when the government comes knocking they can give it to them.
Just a little hypocrisy there I believe.
