So detectives just testified earlier today that indeed, Kyle had in fact been actually shot at. This of course goes a long way in establishing his defense and puts him that much closer to acquittal.

That is good news for him, hope he gets off and becomes rich over this political sham.

Noticed at the gym today this is CNN's new big thing. Lost the VA election, no Trump, so they seem at a loss what to thrash about with.

Leftists are slavering for him to be found guilty of course.

The media and the corruptocrats are pushing to get this case pushed through to make an example of those that stand against BLM thugs. Looking forward to seeing the riots that come when the law is enforced and this is ruled as self-defense. Also looking forward to the BLM/Antifa/Demoshit riots that "conveniently" occur after the ruling and these assholes face tired people who are not 17, have more time behind an AR15 rifle, and have the moral flexibility to not feel the naive "obligation" to turn themselves in to the injustice system.

I'm looking forward to the protests (read: riots/looting) that will occur after the not guilty verdict. Those rioters are incredibly lucky that people who actually know what they are doing behind a rifle are also too smart to show up for those events...it would be a very one-sided battle.

Definitely NOT going well for the prosecution.

The prosecutor asks a witness on the stand about the pedophile attacking Rittenhouse.

Prosecutor: "So your interpretation of his intent is just a guess, right?"

Witness: "He yelled 'F@#k you' and reached for the gun."

This makes for long reading, but there is very good blow by blow review of the testimony I posted snippets of above. Very educational for those curious about how a hostile prosecutor might go after you in a self-defense shooting.

Watching the trial live right now. Kyle himself is on the stand. He has been calm, collected and articulate and done a good job of responding to his attorneys' questions.

However, just moments ago, as he was detailing the moments that led up to him having to shoot Rosenbaum, he was visibly getting disturbed by recalling the moment and trying to describe it. He broke down then, having an apparent PTSD moment, and began sobbing and couldn't continue. The judge has called a recess to allow him to try to collect himself.
