It is beautiful. I'm really surprised it was a 9-0 decision. Bet if that old Skeksis Ginsburg hadn't bit the dust she would have voted against it.

Again you folks need to read the case involved. You are assuming way too much. Its basically meaningless outside of the particular facts of the case where the cops lied to the wife to begin with.

Don't let your prejudice get in the way of learning what actually happened. You should read the argument transcripts.
