Urge Governor Ducey to Sign SB 1382 (AZCDL)

Just got this from the AZCDL-

SB 1382, as amended in the House, would classify ammunition and firearms related businesses as “essential” during a state of emergency and strengthen protections against frivolous lawsuits. The bill is now on the Governor's desk awaiting his signature.

If you have not yet contacted Governor Ducey urging him to sign SB 1382 please do so immediately. You may can contact him through this website:

https://azgovernor.gov/engage/form/cont ... rnor-ducey

We encourage you to share this and all AzCDL emails with anyone you know who is interested in protecting their right to keep and bear arms in Arizona. They can click here to subscribe to AzCDL email broadcasts.
